So Steven Page one of the lead dudes from Barenaked ladies is leaving the band. Tear.
Was it because he was a coke head? He did get busted in New York last summer with some weed, some coke and some ladies... I don't know, do we really care anymore? When was the last time The Barenaked Ladies were relevant in the music world? Were they ever relevant?
I guess it may be interesting to see what happens to one of Canada's biggest, cleanest bands of all time. They banged out 11 albums over the years with hits like "Pinch Me" and "If I had a 1,000,000 dollars". Will the band continue on without Steven with success? Will Stevens new solo career rocket him to rock star status? I wonder what will happen to the "Ships and Dips" cruises they do? Maybe they will join up with Rosie O'Donnell's cruise and hit the high seas together.
Either way its the end of a Canadian era... BNL will never be the same again.
Until the reunion tour that is.
